🛡️ Safe Gaming Policy

bd89b's commitment to responsible gaming

We believe entertainment should never become a problem — that is why bd89b provides effective tools and support to protect every player.

What does responsible gaming mean?

Online gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment, but playing without proper limits can cause personal and financial harm. Responsible gaming at bd89b means enjoying games consciously by managing your own budget and time.

Gaming should always be for fun — not as a source of income. If you feel that playing is harming your daily life, family, or financial situation, seek help immediately. bd89b's responsible gaming policy ensures that every player can play in a safe environment. Our platform offers effective tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion.

Warning Signs

  • Repeatedly playing to recover losses
  • Spending more money than your budget allows
  • Neglecting family and work because of gaming
  • Feeling unable to stop playing
  • Taking on debt or borrowing money to gamble
  • Hiding your gaming activity or lying about it

Our protection tools

bd89b provides every player with powerful tools to manage their gaming habits.

Set Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to keep your budget under control. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately, but increasing it takes effect after 24 hours.

Time-Out

Temporarily block access to your account. You can set a break of 24 hours to 30 days. No transactions or games are possible during the break.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, request self-exclusion. Your account will be completely closed during this period. Our support team will assist you.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically, which helps prevent excessive play.

Gaming History Review

View your complete history of deposits, withdrawals, and games played. Stay aware of your spending patterns and reassess your limits if needed.

24/7 Support

Contact our Bengali-language support team via live chat at any time. We are always ready to help you use the tools and provide information on support organisations.

21+

For players aged 21 and above only

Why is the 21+ age limit important?

bd89b strictly does not allow anyone under 21 to access the gaming platform. Protecting minors is one of our highest priorities.

  • Age verification is mandatory during registration
  • Any suspicious account is subject to investigation
  • Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately
  • Family protection tool guidance is provided for parents
  • Use of child-protection software is recommended (e.g. NetNanny, Cybersitter)

Common questions about responsible gaming

Answers to frequently asked questions about responsible gaming tools and policies.

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit takes effect after 24 hours — this is to protect players from impulsive decisions. Log in to your account from the bd89b login page to change your settings.

No. Your balance remains safe during self-exclusion. You can begin the withdrawal process once the exclusion period ends or by contacting our support team.

A Time-Out is a short-term break — usually 24 hours to 30 days. Once it ends, your account is reactivated automatically. Self-exclusion is a long-term solution — you need the support team's help to reopen your account. If the problem is serious, self-exclusion is the better choice.

Start by speaking with empathy and listening to their feelings without judgment. Contact us at our support email ([email protected]) — we can provide information on professional support organisations. Remember, asking for help is a sign of courage.

Account use by minors is a complete violation of bd89b's policy. If detected, the account is immediately closed and the balance is settled through the appropriate process. Use child-protection software on your device and keep your login details secure.

Ask yourself: is gaming affecting your family, work, or financial life? Are you spending beyond your budget? Are you placing more bets to chase losses? If the answer to any of these is yes, speak to our support team. Seeking help is not a weakness — it is the right decision.
